Common Issues¶
Nothing shows up on the timeline calendar¶
Description¶
Timeline calendar doesn't render anything
Solution¶
Check the following:
- Make sure that your configuration of the Slot duration is equal to or shorter span than your Duration. I.e. If Duration is type Week, than Slot duration has to be type week or shorter.
- Make sure that you have a valid license key configured in the application config.
Not all events are showing in the calendar view¶
Description¶
Not all events are showing in the calendar view, or it seems that some events are missing.
Solution¶
Check the following:
- There is a default limit of 100 events that are displayed in one view. If you expect to have more, you can increase this limit in the configuration settings on the properties of the calendar.
- Make sure that the date range of the calendar view includes the dates of the missing events. For example, if your calendar is set to display a week view, ensure that the events fall within that week.
- Verify that the events are not filtered out by any applied filters. Check the filter settings to ensure that all relevant events are included.
